I recently started my internship in Mona’s lab and at the university hospital of Würzburg, where I am gaining a deeper understanding of non-invasive and invasive deep brain stimulation, and in cognitive and clinical neuroscience. I studied Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Psychology at the University of Florence, and this year I completed my Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Neuropsychological Rehabilitation at the University of Bologna. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in clinical and cognitive neuroscience and in how human brain can be non-invasively modulated. I carried out my Master’s thesis in the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience of Cesena, where I worked on brain-state-dependent application of TMS to study the visuomotor system.
